Dr. Ayman Farahat is a board-certified dermatologist and seasoned clinical development leader with over 20 years of experience guiding global dermatology programs from early-phase strategy through regulatory submission. As Global Head of Dermatology at Premier Research, he partners with biotech innovators to design and execute efficient, fit-for-purpose clinical trials that accelerate development and de-risk decision-making.

With over a decade of clinical dermatology practice and two decades in drug development, Dr. Farahat brings deep therapeutic insight across a broad range of dermatologic indications – including chronic inflammatory dermatoses, aesthetic conditions, and procedural dermatology. He has supported MedTech sponsors in the successful design and execution of clinical studies for dermatologic devices and technologies. His strategic leadership helps emerging biotechs navigate complex regulatory landscapes and bring transformative dermatologic therapies to market.
