Altheome
Altheome is a specialist biomarker CRO supporting academic groups, biotechs and pharma across
preclinical and clinical dermatology programmes. We partner with teams to develop their biomarker
strategies and deliver high-quality data at speed – from assay selection through to analysis. Our
particular strengths lie in ultrasensitive measurement of low-abundance inflammatory mediators and in
working with challenging, low-volume skin matrices such as tape strips, biopsies and blister fluid. We
have also work closely with our partner, Ascilion, to validate dermal interstitional fluid as an outstanding
matrix for bioanalysis of local skin biology.
